Your going to say no way when I tell you that all you need for this recipe is a spice cake mix and a small can of pumpkin, go ahead say it NO WAY. Yes way because that is all you need--->a spice cake mix and a can of pumpkin. No eggs and no oil. I added some extra goodies to this recipe 1/4 cup raisins, 2 tablespoons ground flax seed, and one jar of baby carrots. Bake 20-25 mins and serve.
This cake is so moist. I indulged with one slice and zip locked baggie the rest for my friends that I will be giving out tomorrow. What a quick cake to bake and bring to a party or FRG gathering and a coffee with the ladies.
