One Sweaty Mama

Drenched in nothing but sweat I killed my workout this morning and it felt awesome!. I tried a new treadmill interval today and LOVED it. Towards the end I thought I was going to die I was huffing and puffing so much, but I finished it and will definitely be adding this to my treadmill workouts. I did a 2.5 mile run and my treadmill shuffles. So I got in a nice 1.5 hours on the treadmill today! I can not wait to get my treadmill in my house. There are so many treadmill drills I have yet to try.  Just print off the sheet below and bring it with you to the gym--->Happy Exercising!
