Chocolate Peanut butter Banana
Ingredients
1 banana, cubed
1/3 cup regular oats
2/3 cup soy milk (or regular, almond or coconut milk)
2 Tbls Chia seeds, I don't have these at the moment so I use Flax Seeds[ground]
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Mix all together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Not a bad way to start the day!!
No wonder this keeps me full clear up to lunch time!
Pumpkin Pie
Ingredients
1/3 cup dry oats
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp Ground. cinnamon
1/8 tsp Nutmeg
2 splenda packets ( or sugar, stevia, equal, whatever)
1 tsp Maple syrup
A few walnuts
Mix all together in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
