I got my first kettlebell last night and used it this morning with my 5x50 circuit workout. Felt the burn by my 5th set but definitely need to get the 10 pd and 15 pd. I also did my weighted vest workout and even though it's only 30 mins I was dripping in sweat by the end of it. I LOVE y weight vest!
