- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 large egg
- 1 3/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
*I added a topping to my pancakes because I don't use syrup 1 tablespoon fat free cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar free cool whip then add a dollop to each pancake and sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon! They turned out moist and yummy ;)
Preheat griddle or pan to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, blend pumpkin, egg, and milk with electric mixer.
Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and allspice and stir until blended.
