Sinful Brownie Cupcakes

 melt chip and butter in microwave in 30 sec intervals, stirring in between each one
 until it looks like this
 whisk in sugar and salt
whisk in eggs, I pre-whisked them in another bowl and dumped them in
 whisk in flour and baking soda
 whisk in cocoa powder, make sure you shift it first
 drop in cupcake liners, I always a 1/4 cup per cupcake
bake for 20 mins rotate pan after 10 min
 after cooled get out your goodies to top them cupcakes
 put peanut butter candy melts in microwavable bowl and nuke um for 30 sec interval of course stirring in between each one
 until it looks like this
pour the mixture into your decorating bag and tip, I use plastic baggies

cut your Reese cups into 4's
 pip in the peanut butter into the center and add Reese cups
 piped brownies waiting for the cups

  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 11 ounces best-quality semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda
 Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 12-count muffin tin with cupcake liners! Bake until a firm crust forms on the cupcakes, about 20 minutes!
