Chocolate Coffee Toasted Coconut Mini

a little bite of H-E-A-V-E-N because I'm addicted to anything coffee!
 toasted coconut in a pan, on very low heat with a little tab of butter
 I added 2 tablespoons of INSTANT coffee with maybe 1.5 teaspoon of water because you want it to a paste like consistency
 it should something like this
add the paste mixture to your basic butter cream recipe and wallah you just made coffee butter cream frosting
